Job Descriptions：

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Processing of Corporate Actions events;

2. Ensuring the process is within proper internal control and in compliance with external rules and regulations;

3. Assisting management to establish policies and procedures to support asset servicing related activities;

4. Responsible for the implementation of the operational procedure;

5. Processing of subscriptions, redemptions, switchings and transfers of fund products;

6. Ensuring fund trade processing in compliance with fund dealing procedure and external rules and regulations;

7. Reconciling fund products' holdings and positions;

8. Processing physical stock deposits and withdrawals.

Qualifications：

Knowledge

Knowledge in system implementation / enhancement is an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

1. Good communication skill in Putonghua, Cantonese and English;

2. Mastery of MS Office;

3. Knowledge of computer programming and AI is an advantage;

4. Good team player with adequate inter-personal skills;

5. Able to work independently and under pressure;

6. Good problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Master's degree holder.
