Description

Yokohama Corporation of North America (Santa Ana, California) seeks Sales Finance Operations Analyst. Preparation and analysis of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and other KPI trends. Employ advanced metric analytics to identify trends, deviations, and potential issues across various GTM sales strategies. Communicate insights to management with data-driven recommendations. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Planning departments. Integrate and customize data primarily using SSMS(SQL), SAP SAC, and Excel to support quantitative sales finance analysis and reporting. Daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to field sales force and management. Perform analysis to determine profitability of pricing actions and product promotions. Assist in Budget and Forecast process including Mid Term planning and analysis. Provide insight, analysis, recommendations, and tools to business groups and other departments. Develop and maintain reports to field sales force, sales management, and upper management. Develop ideas within a team environment regarding data organization and sales reporting. Demonstrated ability to maintain ownership of projects assigned. Perform Ad hoc analysis. Perform analysis on transactional data and sales performance with statistical analysis tools like R, Python. Must have a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics. There is one position available, and the position will pay $94,160 a year.
