Position is Dublin, OH office based M-Th, Remote Fridays
Responsibilities
Summary:
The Business Process Optimization Analyst will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Each analyst will focus on one of two critical workstreams: Order to Cash (O2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P). They will serve as business process owners, driving end-to-end (E2E) process improvements that span across organizational boundaries.
Organizational Impact:
This role is instrumental in breaking down functional silos and enabling cohesive, technology-driven process transformation. By owning and optimizing core business processes, the analyst helps improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Their work directly supports strategic goals by enhancing scalability, compliance, and customer experience across the enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of end to end (E2E) process roadmaps for either O2C (Order to Cash) or P2P (Procure to Pay)
- Create and maintain a process vision aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and implement process standards across functional and organizational boundaries
- Manage process-related policies and monitor compliance across departments
- Identify, prioritize, and support process improvement projects and investments
- Define and manage process master data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide governance and prioritization for application patches and enhancements
- Oversee test execution strategies to validate process and system changes
- Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies and upstream/downstream challenges
- Contribute to automation and digital enablement initiatives
- Participate in process councils and execution teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, compliance, and improvement outcomes
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement across the organization
Skills/Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
- 23 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or transformation
- Exposure to Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes preferred
- Familiarity with automation technologies, process mapping tools, or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work across functional boundaries and influence without direct authority
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on continuous improvement
- Experience with RACI frameworks and process governance models preferred
- Understanding of E2E process ownership and its impact on organizational performance preferred
- Prior involvement in technology-enabled transformation projects (AI, RPA, workflow automation) preferred
