Job Description• Support end-to-end ERP projects across our Maadi office and other locations, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local regulatory requirements (e.g., Egyptian commercial standards).
• Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, adapting methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to suit the operational context of trading.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and inventory teams to gather requirements for ERP configurations that support wholesale trading processes

• Assist in systems integration, ensuring ERP solutions interface seamlessly with inventory management systems (IMS), e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems used in trading operations.
• Support change implementation, including training programs for local staff, user adoption strategies, and minimizing disruptions to daily trading
operations.
• Help identify and mitigate risks specific to ERP deployments in Egypt, such as supply chain disruptions, data migration challenges, or compliance with local labor and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project performance metrics, benefits realization, and postimplementation support to ensure sustained value for our trading operations.
• Provide guidance on ERP best practices, including SAP S/4HANA migrations, cloud-based solutions, and integration with analytics for inventory forecasting in trading.
• Build relationships with local vendors, regional ERP consultants, and internal teams to support project success and innovation.
• Contribute to portfolio-level planning by aligning ERP projects with the company's broader digital transformation strategy for trading solutions.
• Ensure effective coordination across multiple sites (New Cairo, New Capital, Shorouk City, Fifth Settlement) to maintain consistency in ERP implementation and data integrity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAP Certified Associate) preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 1 year focused on SAP implementations and exposure to other tier-one ERP systems.
• Proven interest in trading operations, with hands-on experience in wholesale trading (e.g., procurement and distribution of goods) and retail trading (e.g., sales and inventory processes).
• Demonstrated involvement in ERP projects in trading environments, preferably in Egypt or the Middle East, with an understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of ERP modules relevant to trading, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Familiarity with digital technologies, such as e-commerce integration for online trading and AI-driven analytics for demand forecasting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Arabic and English to engage local teams and international vendors
