Industrial Systems Vice President sought by TMEIC CORPORATION AMERICAS in Roanoke, VA, to optimize the Business Unit (BU) to meet the short & mid-term period (1 to 3 yrs) of the Mid-Range Plan (MRP) & the long term (3 to 7 yrs) strategy, own the full P&L for the business, & dvlp, maintain, & continuously improve the system (structure, processes, technology, services & products) by which the business strategy & P&L are effectively fulfilled. Availability to travel domestically & internationally, approximately 25%, sometimes w/ limited notice. Min Req: Bach's deg in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Comp Engg, or rltd engg or tech'l disciplines, or foreign equiv deg. 15 yrs of total mgmt exp in a tech'l project-based business. 5 yrs of exp leading & dvlpg managers & leading a business unit w/ full P&L accountability in a tech'l, project-based business. 10 yrs of capital projects exp in metals, material handling, solar, oil & gas &/or related general industries.
