We're Hiring: Portfolio Project Manager- Emerging Markets

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

As a Portfolio Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Management, Reporting & Presentation:

• Maintain and update the portfolio database and trackers, ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.
• Analyze sales, cost, and lifecycle data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Prepare high-quality reports and professional PowerPoint presentations for senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Project Management Excellence:
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, R&D, supply chain, etc.) to ensure timely progression of projects from initiation to launch.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, manage risks, and implement innovative solutions to deliver on goals.
• Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
• Conduct in-depth market assessments, competitor analyses, and business case evaluations while identifying and exploring potential opportunities for business growth and portfolio expansion.
• Partner with local teams to build relevant forecasts, and profitability assessments.

Additionally, you should bring:

• Medical/Pharmaceutical Background: Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceuticals to better assess products and solutions that improve patients' lives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency with analyzing large datasets, generating insightful reports, and drawing impactful insights.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in MS Office tools, particularly in:
• Excel: Pivot tables, and dashboards.
• PowerPoint: Professional presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Project Management Knowledge: Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex ideas and recommendations to a broad audience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other relevant Life Sciences fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in portfolio/project management, business development, or related areas in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
