Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead and oversee the construction and development of our Warehouse Cold Storage facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, budget control, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in civil engineering, and proven experience managing large-scale warehouse or cold storage construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of warehouse cold storage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and construction teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control to ensure project specifications are met.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Manage project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in warehouse, cold storage, or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to cold storage facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
