R_325848 Senior Power and Renewables New Business ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Power and Renewables team at Marsh focussing on New Opportunities and New Business.

This role places you at the forefront of the power and renewables industry, working on high-profile opportunities and accounts in our London team. We will count on you to:
- Understand the power and renewables risk and strategic landscape from the financing models to complex contracting environment, regulatory regimes, climate risks, supply chain exposures etc.
- Be responsible for driving growth initiatives, including suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects.
- Be a super collaborator - Working closely with colleagues across Energy & Power, across Marsh and across Marsh McLennan to drive new opportunities and new business.
- Continue to build our strong brand around our expertise and value proposition to support clients and prospects in their energy transition journeys, as well as capturing market share.
What you need to have:
- Power and Renewables experience including construction and operational risks
- Sales / growth experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and collaborates effectively with others - a team player
