Description
Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary Vice President to lead two critical enterprise functions: the Decision Support Center of Excellence (DSCoE) and the Aristocrat Full Potential (AFP) program. This VP will be instrumental in scaling premier decision support capabilities across global business units while driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence through the AFP initiative.Reporting directly to the CFO of Aristocrat Gaming, this leader will collaborate with senior executives across geographies and functions to unlock new revenue opportunities, drive efficiencies, and enhance data-led decision making.
What You'll Do
Decision Support Center of Excellence (DSCoE)
- Define and implement the strategic vision for a global Decision Support Center of Excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional analytics and business intelligence team.
- Design scalable infrastructure for reporting, modeling, and insight generation-leveraging machine learning, data science, and sophisticated analytics.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, partnership, and creative problem solving.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.
- Lead and evolve the global AFP program-an enterprise-wide, multi-year transformation initiative focused on growth acceleration, capability enhancement, and cost optimization.
- Develop the framework, governance model, and multi-year roadmaps to prioritize and drive high-impact initiatives.
- Partner with global and regional leaders across all major functions (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, D&D, etc.) to implement and embed AFP strategies.
- Facilitate performance tracking, value realization, and executive reporting; ensure corrective actions as needed.
- Develop a culture of data-backed decisions, change leadership, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of dynamic experience in finance, strategic transformation, analytics, or operations within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Consistent track record in leading large-scale, global business transformation or analytics organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Expertise in data analytics platforms, performance measurement, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to lead global teams and drive outcomes across functions and geographies.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent communication, collaborator management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment sectors is a plus.

Up to 25%
Pay Range
$263,193 - $488,788 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
