Position Summary:
The Vice President, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), will participate in developing the commercial growth strategy through disciplined analytics, strategic foresight, and a deep understanding of consumers, customers, and channels. In support of BBU’s business and brand strategies this position will be responsible for developing and implementing BBU’s RGM strategies, ensuring alignment across brands, channels, and customers. The VP will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customers teams, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth through pricing excellence, trade optimization, and pack-price architecture — all grounded in rigorous analytics and actionable shopper insights. Lead the deployment and optimization of sales systems and tools in close partnership with the Business Technology team to drive commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency. This leader will be responsible for strengthening BBU’s RGM capabilities across the commercial organization and ensuring that decisions around pricing, mix, and promotions deliver on both topline and bottom-line objectives.
Key Focus Areas:
Revenue Growth Management at BBU is a holistic discipline centered on data-driven decisions across five key levers:
Active Mix Management – Drive portfolio and customer mix toward optimal profit and sustainable growth.
Pack-Price Architecture (PPA) – Ensure the right product, in the right pack, at the right price, for every shopper occasion and channel.
Price – Lead enterprise pricing strategy to drive price realization, competitiveness, and profitable growth across brands and channels and geographies
Promotion Management – Shape frequency, depth, and retailer strategy to deliver incremental growth and clear ROI.
Trade Term Management – Maximize pay-for-performance investment and increase trade spend efficiency across BBU’s ~$2B trade scope.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead the U.S. Revenue Growth Management workstream across all BBU brands and channels (retail, club, mass, and convenience).
Build and lead a high-performing, effective RGM team, while influencing and coaching a broader network of commercial and finance professionals across a matrixed organization
Collaborate with the sales and customer teams to develop plan that resolve specific customer or region challenges. Where appropriate develop new approaches and execute experiments that can provide new levers to addres challenges and opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to evolve and execute a multi-year RGM roadmap that supports brand strategies, market conditions, and growth ambitions.
Build a standardized RGM operating model and governance framework that drives consistency, transparency, and accountability.
Oversee Trade Spend effectiveness, ensuring robust policies, processes, and tools for control and ROI optimization.
Provide strategic direction and RGM toolkits to Sales, Category, and Brand teams to drive market-level execution, while jointly owning the delivery of technology enablement in partnership with the Business Technology team.
Collaborate with Grupo Bimbo’s global RGM team to share best practices, align on frameworks, and build regional capability.
Establish and monitor KPIs that measure the financial and strategic impact of RGM initiatives.Upskill RGM team capabilities on data, analytics and sophisticated RGM methodologies

Education and Work History:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred (Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics).
10+ years of progressive commercial experience within a leading CPG organization, ideally spanning sales, category strategy, finance, and trade management.
Proven experience in leadership role for Revenue Growth Management, including strategic pricing, PPA, mix management, and trade optimization.
Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, gross-to-net management, and profitability analysis across customers and brands.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives or change management efforts in complex, matrixed organizations.
Financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate insights into clear business actions.
Experience implementing or leveraging advanced data/analytics platforms leveraging AI to drive RGM outcomes.
Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced and dynamic environment
