About the Role
Join a dynamic international team working on the industrialization and introduction of a next-generation high-speed train tailored for challenging environments and demanding customer expectations. As a VIE Product Introduction Analyst, you will support the coordination of warranty activities, logistics, and data-driven decision-making across multiple sites and stakeholders.
We'll look for you to:
- Support the setup and coordination of Product Introduction (PI) activities at the production site.
- Monitor and analyze logistics flows, consignment stock, and material availability.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of field modifications and retrofits.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (QCD, EHS, reliability).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PI processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, customer interface).
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (ISO, EHS, RAMS).
All About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Proven experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA and Python is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity warranty, and reliability growth processes..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.
- Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders..
- High ethical standards and commitment to quality and safety.
- Basic knowledge of German is essential.
- Additional language skills in Chinese or Swedish are considered an asset.
