Job Description
As a Regional Operations Quality Business Partner you will lead quality improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites. You will work closely with plant teams and supply chain partners to improve quality performance, reduce cost of poor quality, and standardize processes. You will report to the Manager, Global Operations Quality and work in a hybrid model within EMEA with office in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead right-sized quality improvement and standardization projects across plants, with a focus on reducing cost of poor quality and improving main operational KPIs
Partner with manufacturing sites and distribution centers to improve and sustain Quality Management Systems
Support resolution of critical quality issues and ensure long-term corrective actions implementation
Perform risk assessments and drive mitigation plans across assigned sites
Support onboarding and development of Plant Quality Managers through training and coaching
Become a champion of a Quality process to design and implement new standards.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations (engineering, quality, or production roles)
5+ years of experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environment
Certification in continuous improvement methods (for example: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as A3 or root cause problem solving, 8D or similar
Experience leading improvement projects and managing change across teams
Fluency in English
The ability to travel 20-25% of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Experience in an Operations Quality Manager or similar role
Experience working across multiple plants or regions
Experience supporting supply chain projects such as transfers or site integration
Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as A3 or root cause analysis
Experience training or mentoring quality or operations teams
