Practice Details:
• Female provider preferred but not required
• Facility location is the closest to the West Cleveland suburbs

• 4 day week option
• Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in "ramp up" period
• No night or weekend responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee around $260K-280K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
• $300K+ proven income first year
