Practice Overview
Critical access hospital serving a rural Oregon community
Current team includes 1 OBGYN, 2 FM-OBs, and 2 APPs
50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix during weekdays
Average of 55 annual deliveries with opportunity for growth
EMR is EPIC, transfers supported to larger regional centers
OR supported by CRNAs, surgical nurses, and scrub techs
Schedule
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
24-hour call during working weeks with 20-minute response time
Monday through Friday includes both clinic and inpatient care
No clinic duties on weekends
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary 325,000 to 375,000
35,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation support
Full benefits including malpractice coverage
Retirement options include pension and 401k
5,000 CME allowance
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified OBGYN with 3 to 5 years of experience
Comfortable practicing independently and performing C-sections
Eligible for or holding an Oregon license
