Job Overview
The Financial Solutions Team strives to drive technology and process transformation to ensure Chick-fil-A’s sustainable financial health for years to come. This team aims to steward the gap between ideation, art-of-the-possible and meaningful insights through assisting with process improvement, data and
automation opportunities identified by Financial Services stakeholders. The Lead Process Engineer role provides overall leadership of intake and initial scoping efforts, as well as serves as a concierge throughout the endeavor’s lifecycle. This includes having an understanding of process improvement
methodologies, data structures and systems, current technology tools, and emerging new technologies to generate solutions for complex business opportunities. This role requires a high level of autonomy, communication, collaboration, facilitation, and organizational planning skills to facilitate streamlined
handoffs from project initiation to completion.

Job Responsibilities & Activities
• Lead initial project engagement sessions from start to finish including understanding, documenting,
and scoping the opportunity
• Facilitate use of project management tools and systems to allow for accurate benefits reporting and
up-to-date status tracking
• Review requests through the lens of continuous process improvement to determine whether additional
opportunities exist to streamline work
• Translate initiatives into actionable strategies to drive results
• Act as a coordinator to support execution across internal, external, and cross-functional teams
• Escort stakeholders through the engagement model utilizing an enablement mindset, which equips
the department with the knowledge and motivation to fully exploit technology and efficiency of their
process flows
• Manage pipeline of work efforts across Financial Solutions Lab team, as well as with Financial Services
stakeholders and leaders
• Conduct project reviews and create status reports for Financial Services leadership
• Serve as liaison to the Financial Services leadership teams to ensure department-wide alignment on
initiatives and execution
• Provide and present strategic recommendations on projects and team processes
• Perform ad-hoc discovery to uncover areas ripe for technology and improved process solutions
• Participate in development and ongoing upkeep of team roadmaps; make recommendations about
future system, data infrastructure and automation needs

Preferred Qualifications
• LEAN Green Belt certification
• 5 years of experience
• Experience using project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence or Smartsheet
