About the Role:
The Revenue Operations Manager will directly support one or more of the subteams within our broader revenue team (sales, account management, marketing, and strategic finance). They will implement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.io and ensure that each system is built to meet the needs of our growing team. They will also support revenue managers with data analysis and identifying areas for process improvement.


  • Manage complex projects and ensure smooth rollout across teams
  • Assist with Salesforce administration such as; Managing data uploads, Configuring lead assignment rules, Adding fields, Creating validation rules & Building reports/dashboards 
  • Manage various SaaS tools used by the team including Outreach.io, Chorus.ai, and HubSpot and improve efficiency and adoption
  • Ensure data are accurate in the systems they support (e.g. Salesforce or Outreach.io)
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Support the team with contracts and compliance
  • Track key company metrics for quarterly and annual goals, and ensuring fidelity of metrics 
  • Analyze data to support broader revenue strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent systems and processes
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review


Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Demonstrated success in a revenue ops, sales ops, business ops, or similar role
  • Proficiency or expertise in using the admin tools of Salesforce or other SaaS platforms
  • Independent learner, with demonstrated history of learning new skills quickly
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to identify key business insights through data analysis
  • Experience or interest in learning how to create new strategies, processes and structures
  • Detail oriented; comfortable keeping records in online systems and managing other people to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at the “headline” and detailed level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a related role
  • Proficiency in Yesware, InsightSquared, Outreach.io, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in sales, K-12 education, or both is a plus

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
