$100,200.00 - $150,300.00

Compliance enablement

  • Develop mechanism / automation to perform audit on transactional process for QC and QA control
  • Develop early warning mechanism to identify failed auto-refresh of the Tableau dashboards, password/credential expiration, missing / unreconciled data
  • Perform audit on correctness and completeness of the documentation and test scripts required in all phases of the full project cycle
  • Digitize and enhance Intelligent Automation operating SOP and check list (QC App) for milestones during full project cycle
  • Develop solution using Power platform and Visualization tool to execute Digital CoE leader's vision on business value management, performance monitoring, bot break fix cycles, bot usage (transaction & volume), ROI analytics, backlog management, and intake prioritization

Digital Support

  • Supervise a team of data analysts to ensure recurring report and dashboard are updated in time including both auto and manual refresh
  • Capture the bot metric from both BA and BT to add new bot to the RPA dashboard after Go-Live in production
  • Deep dive on low usage bot and recommend actions to either optimize the use of the bot license or adjust the business case and expected volume
  • Support break fix issue in low code automation solution
  • Support break fix issue in Tableau dashboards as L1 support. Escalate and follow through with L2 BT support until issue is resolved
  • Fulfil enhancement requests for existing low code automation solution and existing Tableau dashboards subject to the technical assessment finding
  • Coordinate the Knowledge Transfer session from the developers to the data analysts on low code automation and Tableau Dashboard


  • Minimum two years of recent experience using Power Apps, Power Automate and Tableau
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in quality assurance in a corporate or shared service environment
  • Recent experience with IT support and SLA, a plus
  • Curiosity to find the root cause of the issue, and Creative mindset to resolve business problem utilizing existing tools with out-of-the-box idea
  • Demonstrated ability to provide robust documentation and interacting with multi-disciplined teams, architects, infrastructure, software development, testing, operations, and support
  • Superior organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, computer science, industrial engineering or other related field


  • English required
