Company History
2015 marks the 120th anniversary of Lennox International. Locations worldwide will be hosting employee
events to recognize our company’s heritage and celebrate each of our contributions in achieving this
milestone.
Dave Lennox and the Norris Family built this company on the values of integrity, respect and excellence -
values that still permeate each LII location around the world. There is a collective ethos about how we treat
each other, how we treat our customers, and how we do business. Entrusted with the
